These workshops are offered online or in-person to facilitate the development of multidisciplinary research to attract major grant funding. The workshops can either use established university research themes or the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals https://sdgs.un.org/goals as a framework for identifying potential problems that researchers can work on together to solve.
The session is highly engaging, and a dynamic environment allows researchers to tackle a specific research question or develop closer organisational ties. The workshops encourage and support curiosity driven conversations across diverse disciplinary perspectives to make sense and meaning of differing viewpoints. The workshops use evidence-based techniques from systemic practice to establish effective communication through greater understanding, insight, and connectivity between research team members. This sets down the foundation for strong collaborative partnerships going forward.
